This position combines guest service, concession operations, team support, and daily operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks while helping ensure the theater operates smoothly each day. As an Assistant Shift Manager, you will assist with theater operations, support team members during shifts, oversee concession activities, handle cash management procedures, complete end-of-day reports, and help maintain a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all guests Operate and oversee concession sales Assist with daily theater operations and shift management Support, guide, and motivate team members during shifts Handle cash drawers, deposits, and cash reconciliation Perform opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the theater Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently Assist management with special projects and operational needs Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or management experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling cash and financial reporting Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Leadership experience is a plus but not required Benefits Full-Time Position Competitive Pay Based on Experience Growth Opportunities Employee Perks Fun and Unique Work Environment If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a local business and take on a role in a dynamic entertainment environment, we'd love to hear from you.
