In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your expertise in food service management and team supervision will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver top-notch customer service. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and efficient service flow. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize guest experience and table turnover. Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in all front-of-house areas. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and billing. Train new staff members on service protocols, food handling procedures, and company policies to foster a knowledgeable team. Monitor inventory levels of service supplies and coordinate with kitchen management for timely stock replenishment. Requirements Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Supervising experience with a focus on staff training, development, and team management. Familiarity with food preparation basics, food safety standards, and food handling practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-energy setting while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership qualities with a passion for hospitality management, including budgeting, shift management, and food industry best practices.
