This position plays a vital role in delivering a high-level, personalized member experience while fostering a culture of training, accountability, and service excellence. Reporting to the Director of Club Operations, the F&B Manager will lead daily service execution, oversee banquet operations, and mentor a dedicated service team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of private club culture, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Include:
Oversight of à la carte dining operations Staff leadership, training, and performance development Implementation and enforcement of service standards Member engagement and service recovery Inventory management and cost controls Collaboration in planning and executing Club eventsQualifications:
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in private clubs, hospitality, or catering Degree in Hospitality Management preferred but not required Knowledge of TIPS and ServSafe practices Strong leadership presence and communication skillsAdditional Requirements:
