Job Description

We are a well established restaurant group with an opportunity at The Flipside Restaurant in Rock Hill for an Assistant Front of House Manager. Please respond with a resume to set up an interview. Front of House Manager responsibilities include: Provide positive dining experiences for each guest Recruit, interview, hire, and train employee candidates that will be beneficial to the restaurant operation Coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action for employees Control costs and minimize waste in beverage program by utilizing portion control, recipes, and monitoring quality Upholding and maintaining safety and sanitation standards as defined by state regulations Reconciling and addressing all guest issues with a positive attitude and customer retention focus Manage and schedule front of house employees including servers, server assistants, hosts, and hostesses Perform opening and closing cash handling duties including daily reporting of restaurant performance
Education:
