Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced food industry environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and possess excellent leadership skills. Wiling to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
• Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in training new employees on kitchen procedures and safety protocols

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry
• Proven track record in shift leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of food handling, production, and safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure
