Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain a vibrant, efficient dining environment. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive overall restaurant success. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about hospitality management and team development. Duties Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, timely service, and efficient workflow during busy hours. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Train new staff on food handling procedures, customer service protocols, POS operation, and safety standards. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment. Support floor staff during peak hours Experience Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is desirable but not required. Proven management experience in casual / fine dining with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in team leadership, staff training, and performance management. Strong understanding of food safety management practices and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively. Experience managing hospitality teams in high-volume settings with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
