Full Job Description Description:
Our manager's lead the front-of-house operations to ensure that the standards we have set are met and exceeded. An OGG manager is expected to be able to recruit, continuously train and inspire our FOH team to provide service that surpasses the hospitality found anywhere else. OGG Offers the highest fine dining service with a welcoming and friendly guest focused service. Partner with the General Manager and Head Chef to execute flawless dining experience and special events. Ensure compliance with all Health, safety, ABC and service standards. Promote a culture of Teamwork, high standards, and pride in the job.
Requirements:
Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining. Proven leadership skills with a focus on Teamwork and flawless service. Strong understanding of restaurant financials, inventory and scheduling. Passion for the Restaurant business and Guest satisfaction with a positive and upbeat attitude. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills. Be able to use basic computer programs, such as Excel Must perform well under pressure and be able to resolve guest and staff conflicts in a positive manner. Must be able to use critical thinking and be able to make decisions quickly
