Responsibilities:
Order taking on the front counter Preparing, cutting, and serving high-quality pizzas Serving ice cream Maintaining a clean and safe dining room Answering the phone Upholding Mr. T's brand and recipe standards Lead daily operations across kitchen, front-of-house, and delivery. Manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and inventory control. Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and culture. Drive great guest experiences through speed, accuracy, and hospitality. Use POS systems (Toast / HungerRush) to manage reporting, cash, and sales tracking. Help GM oversee hiring, onboarding, and team development. Monitor costs and implement smart systems to hit profitability goals. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards. Be a visible leader on the floor — leading by example during peak hours. Experience & Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience (fast casual or pizza a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills. Experience with scheduling, training, and team development. Comfort with inventory management and controlling costs. Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, HungerRush preferred). Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
