Your Impact:
Culinary Excellence & Innovation:

Create and manage dynamic, appealing menus aligned with client expectations and culinary trends. Ensure consistently high-quality, cost-effective food service that delights customers.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead and inspire a dynamic hospitality team of 20+ employees. Foster a culture emphasizing food safety, creativity, and exceptional service. Drive effective training, development, and performance management practices.

Operational Expertise:

Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and control payroll effectively. Adhere rigorously to food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with NSF and HACCP standards. Collaborate closely with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline operations.

Client & Customer Relations:

Anticipate and exceed client needs, proactively addressing opportunities for improvement. Maintain effective communication channels, gathering feedback to continuously enhance service quality.

What You Bring:

Minimum 3 years' experience in food service management, preferably in corporate dining. Proven leadership experience managing teams and promoting professional growth. Strong decision-making skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude in high-pressure environments. Extensive knowledge of food allergens and commitment to safety. Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with budget management. ServSafe Certification (or willingness to certify immediately).

Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary or hospitality degree from an accredited institution. Experience managing within union environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $65000.00 per year - $67500.00 per year . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
