Front of House Manager As Front of House Manager ‚the- Mayor of the City
- , you'll be the face, the heartbeat, and the standard-bearer for The Pearl's entire guest and teammate experience.

- Lead and develop your people
- select, train, coach, and motivate teammates, supervisors, and assistant managers so every shift reflects Aspire's cultural and core standards
- Own the floor‚ be visible, be present, build relationships with guests and regulars, and turn complaints into loyalty
- Champion the experience
- ensure expert knowledge of every dish, ingredient, wine, and spirit so your team can deliver an elevated, attentive dining experience for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Partner with culinary
- work hand-in-hand with the Executive Chef to shape menus and wine lists that balance quality and value
- Drive the business manage labor, scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control like an owner would
- Collaborate across departments
- attend operational meetings and keep The Pearl running in lockstep with the rest of Aspire
- Protect the house
- monitor facility and equipment conditions and flag what needs attention before it becomes a problem
Schedule:
This role requires flexibility ‚mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Great hospitality doesn't run 9-to-5, and neither do our leaders. What You Bring- 4+ years of management experience in high-quality food & beverage / fine dining
- A college degree in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant management preferred (equivalent experience welcomed)
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor management, and merchandising
- Comfort with restaurant POS and computer systems
- A leadership style rooted in culture-building, not just task management
