As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain the high quality and positive culture our brand is famous for. You will lead by example on the floor, slicing premium meats and creating an exceptional experience for every guest in a sparkling clean environment!

Key Responsibilities Lead Operations:

Run high-energy shifts, manage daily store operations, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Build Teams:

Hire, train, schedule, and motivate a passionate team of crew members and shift leaders.

Drive Financials:

Manage the store's P&L, control food and labor costs, and handle weekly inventory ordering.

Maintain Quality:

Enforce strict brand cleanliness standards, food safety protocols, and recipe adherence.

Grow Sales:

Implement local store marketing and catering programs to build community relationships.

Job Requirements Experience:

2+ years of management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants.

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 or older to operate the commercial meat slicer safely.

Certifications:

Current SERV Safe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain one quickly).

Skills:

Strong communication, basic math, proficiency with POS systems, and inventory control.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
