The Heirloom Room is AATMOS Hospitality's signature fine dining experience — a polished, guest-focused restaurant where elevated service, curated wine and bourbon programs, and genuine hospitality come together. We're looking for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager who is as passionate about developing great teams as they are about delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do Operations & Service Excellence Oversee daily front of house restaurant and bar operations, ensuring consistent execution of service standards Maintain a polished, upscale dining atmosphere that reflects The Heirloom Room's brand and reputation Address guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to resolution Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company standards Team Leadership Lead, coach, train, and motivate front of house associates to perform at their best Manage staffing levels, labor efficiency, and shift execution Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture where people are proud to work Financial Performance Support revenue goals and actively manage operating expenses Partner with the
