Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation Health insurance - 50% paid by employer Discounted vision and dental insurance Discounted hotel rooms Paid time off and vacation pay Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of food & beverage experience 2+ years in a restaurant management role Strong background in front-of-house operations and upscale guest service Extensive knowledge of wine and whiskey Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds ServSafe Manager Food and Alcohol Certification within 90 days of hire Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant and bar operations Ensure an exceptional guest experience and high-quality dining atmosphere Lead, coach, train, and motivate front-of-house associates Manage staffing levels, labor efficiency, and shift execution Support revenue goals and help control operating expenses Maintain strong product knowledge of wine and bourbon offerings Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Uphold service standards, safety, sanitation, and company expectations Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture Bring your expertise and passion to a group that values leadership, development, and guest excellence.
