Front of House Supervisor Gondolier Italian Restaurant & Pizza - Harrogate, Tennessee Gondolier is seeking a dependable, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to lead our servers, hosts, cashiers, bussers, and to-go employees. This is an active floor-leadership position requiring strong organization, accountability, and guest-service skills. Responsibilities Lead front-of-house employees and remain actively involved on the floor Take primary responsibility for front-of-house labor, including scheduling, staffing levels, callout coverage, and controlling labor costs Monitor guest service, ticket times, order accuracy, cleanliness, and employee performance Handle guest concerns professionally Oversee cash procedures, employee checkouts, voids, refunds, and closing paperwork Train, coach, and hold employees accountable Oversee busy dine-in and to-go operations; this position does not oversee food cost operations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience required Leadership or management experience strongly preferred Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and Sundays Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience must be verifiable Professional references are required and will be contacted Important Compensation Information The compensation displayed in this posting is a preliminary range and is not a guaranteed starting rate or offer.
