Assistant General Managers (AGM) Our AGMs are 2nd in Charge of million-dollar businesses and provide & execute on comprehensive Leadership, Performance Management, Operational Metrics, Talent Acquisition, People Development, Culture, Retention and also have some fun along the way. Full availability is required. Restaurant General Managers (RGM) Our RGMs are in Charge of million-dollar businesses and provide & execute on comprehensive Leadership, Performance Management, Operational Metrics, Talent Acquisition, People Development, Culture, Retention and also have some fun along the way. Full availability is required. Currently over 50% of our Restaurant General Managers started in the TM ranks and are now CEOs of Million Dollar businesses.
