Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in managing quick service fast food restaurants. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team effectively while ensuring high standards of food preparation and customer service. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and presentation standards. Develop and maintain operational budgets while monitoring expenses. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams. Familiarity with inventory control practices and cost management strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
