The Food Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the menu planning, production and serving of meals. Preferred Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field Knowledge of food trends Excellent financial, budgetary, accounting and computer skills Previous management experience Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft office, Apple applications, and Point of Sale Focus on quality, productions, sanitation, presentation, and food cost controls Ability to communicate on various levels ranging from student interaction, client and upper management. Ability to resolve interpersonal solutions Represent both Zest Culinary Services standards and Tipton Rosemark Academy culture with professionalism and enthusiasm This position is ideal for someone who prefers to have a school days schedule.
