The Skinny We are looking for an experienced manager, that is developing their career. Our concept is clean and fast. No fryers, no alcohol, no stinky clothes and no drunks! We support family lifestyles with our business hours and manager scheduling. The catering side of our business requires computer skills and a client facing attitude and skillset. The dine-in side of our business requires hustle and grit. We are not seeking a GM, District Manager, Regional Manager or Director of Operations. We are seeking someone eager to learn and prove themselves. We operate five units in Nashville and have 9 others in TX, AL, KY, IN, and OH. Day in the

Life of Managers:

• As an opening manager your day starts by 6am ready to welcome your team and into catering preparations and setup for lunch.
• Juggle deliveries and a bustling lunch rush with precision and care.
• Transition smoothly into dinner with our closing manager that enters at 1pm.
• As a closing manager, you lead your team through dinner until the doors close at 930pm, aiming to wrap up by 10:15pm.
