Duties:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant during your shift
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation guidelines
• Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate cash register operations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and timely food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
• Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
• Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during your shift

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
