As a Shift Manager, you are the operations leaders of the restaurant with a focus on sales, profitability, Heartfelt Guest Service, coaching and developing people, and performance. Operating under the direction of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, our Shift Manager will provide support in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant to drive key performance outcomes and typically assist in leading a team of Shift Leaders and Team Members.
