Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Looking for a Server OR Bartender that can also wear the Manager hat. Looking for qualified applicant with restaurant and bar management experience. Must be a reliable & dependable leader, bilingual, have open availability, problem solving skills, manage employees and customer service/relations. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Manage Employees, Policies and Processes Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Direct the employee assessment process Prepare inventories for bar & kitchen operation Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Skills Proven experience as a Manager or similar role Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
