In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver authentic Thai culinary experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant management, from staff supervision to inventory control. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure top-tier service delivery. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring authentic Thai flavors are maintained and food safety standards are strictly followed. Manage daily operations including shift management, customer service, and ensuring smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination. Control inventory levels, monitor food supplies, and execute accurate food and beverage ordering using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports. Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant. Implement staff training programs focused on culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and food safety procedures. Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operational efficiency. Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes hospitality management principles to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, interviews for new hires, and support ongoing training & development initiatives. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques specific to Thai cuisine, and kitchen management. Proven management skills with a background in supervising teams within quick service & fast food or casual dining restaurants. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management principles to ensure guest satisfaction. Ability to lead staff training & development programs effectively while fostering team management skills. Experience in budgeting, shift management, restaurant operations, and food production within the food industry. Skilled in supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on culinary excellence and operational efficiency. Background in hotel or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with barista or coffee service is advantageous but not required.
