QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate's degree preferred 1+ years of restaurant, food service, hospitality,retail, or related management experience Valid driver's license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff to follow restaurant procedures Supervising daily shift operations, including front

• and back-of-house restaurant operations Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees' hours and recording payroll data Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team using strong leadership skills Food Handlers Certification Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state) Whataburger is more than a fast food burger chain.
