Competitive Rate + Lodging and Travel Expenses CoveredJoin the Team Behind One of Austin's Most Unique Luxury HotelsHotel ZaZa Austin is seeking an experienced Task Force Food & Beverage Manager to support our Food & Beverage operations during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and has a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. While this assignment will primarily be based in Austin, there is potential for additional task force opportunities within our portfolio.

Position OverviewThe Task Force Food & Beverage Manager will partner closely with hotel leadership to support daily operations, enhance service standards, develop team members, and drive operational excellence across our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership and operational support to Food & Beverage outlets.

Assist with staffing, training, and development of front-of-house teams.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold Hotel ZaZa's luxury service standards.

Support new initiatives, operational transitions, and special projects.

Monitor labor productivity, scheduling, and operational efficiencies.

Coach and mentor managers and hourly team members.

Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and execute action plans.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience, preferably in luxury hotels, lifestyle properties, or upscale restaurants.

Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.

Proven ability to lead teams and adapt quickly in changing environments.

Experience with hotel openings, transitions, or task force assignments is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
