10+ / hour and performance bonuses Reports to: Area Supervisor About the Role We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Subway location. You'll run the shift floor, build and coach a team, hit sales and food-cost targets, and make sure every guest leaves happy. This is a great fit for someone who's already been a shift lead or assistant manager and is ready to run a store. What You'll Do Lead daily operations — open/close, staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage Hire, train, and coach a team of Sandwich Artists to Subway standards Hit targets for sales, labor, and food cost; review numbers and adjust Keep the store clean, stocked, and fully compliant with food-safety and health codes Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries to control waste Handle cash, daily deposits, and POS reporting accurately Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Enforce all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards What We're Looking For 1+ years of restaurant, fast-food, or retail management (or strong shift-lead) experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — most of our guests and team speak both Proven ability to lead, schedule, and motivate a team Comfort with basic math, POS systems, and reading a P&L or daily sales report Food Handler / ServSafe certification a plus (we can help you get certified) Reliable transportation and open weekend/evening availability Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer Competitive pay plus performance bonuses Paid training Employee meal discounts Flexible scheduling
