The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage staff, maintain high standards of service, and ensure the overall success of the establishment. Duties Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Oversee daily operations, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain quality standards. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Train new employees in hospitality best practices, bartending techniques, and restaurant policies. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and staff supervision. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Experience in bartending or banquet services is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A passion for helping others succeed in a fast-paced environment.
