Assistant Manager - Blue Baker We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoy coaching others, and take pride in delivering quality guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Support daily restaurant operations and shift management Lead, coach, and motivate team members Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues professionally Help manage food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards Assist with inventories and labor control Ensure a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends Passion for hospitality and teamwork What We Offer Competitive pay plus weekly cash bonuses Opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling and no late nights.
