The Complex General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for a two‑hotel branded complex in the Mexico City market, overseeing one full‑service hotel and one select‑service hotel with a combined total of 350+ guestrooms. This role is responsible for driving overall performance, delivering strong financial results, ensuring brand compliance, and leading high‑performing hotel teams across both properties. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex, multi‑property operations, with a strong balance of guest experience, financial acumen, and people leadership. The General Manager is expected to meet all company standards and lead the 5 Key Drivers identified by the management company. About theProperties:
This role supports a complex of branded hotels located in Mexico City, operating within a dynamic urban market that serves corporate, business, and transient travelers. The properties are professionally managed and operate under established brand standards, requiring strong financial leadership, disciplined reporting, and effective collaboration with hotel leadership and ownership. The Director of Finance will oversee financial operations across the complex, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent financial practices.About Remington Hospitality:

Today, Remington manages 100+ hotels across 30 states and 26 brands, delivering strong financial discipline, brand compliance, and operational accountability while fostering a collaborative, performance‑driven culture focused on long‑term success and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead day‑to‑day operations for both hotels, ensuring consistent service delivery across full‑service and select‑service environments Maintain brand standards, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction metrics Oversee all department heads, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Human Resources (as applicable) Financial Performance Full P&L responsibility for the complex, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control Drive revenue performance strategies across rooms, food & beverage, meetings, and ancillary outlets Monitor financial reports and implement corrective actions to achieve budgeted goals Sales & Revenue Strategy Partner with sales and revenue management teams to maximize market share and profitability Support complex‑wide sales initiatives, group strategy, and local market positioning Leverage brand distribution channels and local demand drivers People Leadership & Culture Recruit, develop, and retain strong hotel leadership teams Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and local regulations Owner & Stakeholder Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership Provide clear communication, timely reporting, and strategic recommendations Build trust through transparency, results, and consistent execution Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 8-10 years of hotel operations experience, with significant experience as a General Manager Full‑service hotel experience required; select‑service experience strongly preferred Multi‑property or complex leadership experience highly preferred Strong financial acumen with hands‑on P&L responsibility Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multi‑disciplinary teams Experience operating in a large, urban hospitality market Bilingual required: Spanish & English (fluency in Spanish required; English business proficiency required) Local candidates in Mexico strongly preferer Strong local knowledge of the Mexican hospitality market, regulations, and labor environment required Must have eligibility to work in MexicoSimilar jobs in Dallas, TX
