Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and smooth execution. Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house and management team members. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and excellence. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Manage labor costs, scheduling, inventory, and overall budget performance. Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu rollouts, special events, promotions, and catering opportunities. Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable hospitality experiences. Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily financial reporting. Lead by example during peak service periods while maintaining calm and effective communication. Conduct ongoing training focused on service standards, wine knowledge, food presentation, and operational procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale casual, chef-driven, or high-volume dining environments. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and hospitality operations. Passion for hospitality, Italian cuisine, wine, and guest experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Experience with catering, private dining, and event execution is a plus.
