Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Manager and lead the culinary operations of a local, well loved, fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, and maintain a seamless flow of service. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while upholding the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Supervise all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure top performance and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently, overseeing daily operations, and resolving any operational issues promptly Lead staff training initiatives focused on food handling, culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols Requirements Proven 2 years' experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with supervisory experience Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS; experience with cash handling is essential Knowledge of inventory control practices, budgeting, and food safety standards such as HACCP or local health regulations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members through effective training & development strategies Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences for guests Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your culinary expertise and leadership will drive success! Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): We are open from 11 am to 2 am. Are you available to work when necessary and fill in for employees who do not show up? Do you have 2 years of Kitchen Management experience and an active Serve Safe permit? Do you have 3 years professional cooking experience?
