Job Description

Ghost Note Brewing is looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to build and manage our new in-house food program.

Our initial concept is simple, brewery-focused food: offerings that can be assembled and served efficiently. We are looking for someone who can help build the program now and grow it over time.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and help build out the kitchen from scratchDevelop an initial menu and establish recipesOversee daily food preparation, service, ordering, inventory, and cleanlinessOperate the kitchen independently QualificationsProfessional kitchen experience requiredExperience with a variety of cooking and food-preparation methodsCurrent Food Handler's Certificate requiredSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable building a program from the ground upAvailable to work evenings and weekendsPlease include referencesThis is a hands-on opportunity to build a food program from the ground up at a busy Hill Country brewery.
