In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, and foster a vibrant environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Oversee the overall bar operation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Ensure compliance with all established procedures, recipes, and service standards. Manage the quality, receiving, storage, and proper use of all bar ingredients in accordance with approved recipes and specifications. Lead, train, and continuously develop the bar team to maintain excellence in service and performance. Foster team growth and train staff in refined guest interaction techniques, including flair bartending aligned with a fine dining environment. Propose, develop, and implement updates to the beverage menu to enhance creativity, quality, and guest experience. Provide hands-on leadership during service and support bartenders as needed. Supervise and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly bar cleaning schedules. Implement and monitor operational checklists to ensure consistency and service excellence throughout each shift. Ensure all orders and tickets are executed accurately and in strict accordance with established procedures.
Requirements Education:
Technical degree or high school diploma completed; university studies are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in similar roles and concepts, or at least 6 months of proven excellent performance as a bartender.
Presentation:
Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance. Must wear a clean uniform, free of wrinkles, stains, or any damage.

From $40,000.00 per year
