Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Roles and Responsibilities:
Support General Manager Friday & Saturday Audits and weekly inventory Some knowledge on cocktails Jump in and bartend during rush to alleviate the bar Overseeing closing/cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, bartender, barbacks, and bouncers Delegate closing duties as needed Fill in where needed, i.e. Barback, walking around pick up glassware, or security, or bartender Maintain communication with General Manager (GM) and staff Oversee bar while General Manager is on break Help assist with autograts, comps, voids etc. Attending monthly mandatory meetings Attend a pre-shift meeting with the GM to ensure the GM and Hourly staff are on the same page throughout the night.
