Oversee food safety management practices, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Tray for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during busy hours, and resolving operational issues promptly. Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance financial performance. Foster a culture of excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining high service standards. Lead by example in food production, kitchen management, and supervising food safety protocols to ensure quality consistency across all offerings. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and customer service. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the hospitality or food industry is essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively through training, coaching, and leadership initiatives. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to drive operational efficiency. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations along with culinary experience or fine dining background is preferred.
