In this high-energy role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while helping create a lively, golf simulator atmosphere that keeps guests engaged and coming back. Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and staff management. Supervise daily shift activities to ensure smooth workflow, timely service, and adherence to safety standards. Train, develop, and motivate staff members on food handling, customer service, POS systems, and food safety protocols. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food ordering and delivery schedules. Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all food production areas. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service management and hospitality management. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations. Proficiency with POS systems sfor order processing and sales tracking. Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team training & development and staff interviewing skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently. Strong leadership qualities with experience in shift management, kitchen management, and food industry best practices. Familiarity with budgeting processes, food safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
