What We're Looking For:

We're searching for a Managers looking to grow into General Manager who: Brings energy, positivity, and a smile to work every day Sets high standards for themselves and their team Loves a fast-paced, dynamic environment Stays organized, efficient, and committed to cleanliness Enjoys developing people and leading a strong team As a GM, you'll oversee all café operations—from hiring and training to food safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

What You'll Need:

2+ years of restaurant management/supervisory experience Valid driver's license ServSafe Certification (preferred) Ability to lead, motivate, and deliver great results

Physical Requirements:

Standing/walking for entire shifts Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 lbs Fast-paced café navigation Positive attitude in sometimes stressful situations (Background checks are required for this role.)
