Full-Time, Salaried Little Caesars Pizza Dba Rutul Pizza LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to successfully lead daily operations at our Little Caesars Pizza location in Granbury, TX. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, controlling costs, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Successfully manage all daily store operations Lead, train, coach, and develop team members Recruit, hire, and schedule employees Control labor, food costs, and inventory Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards Ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Drive sales growth and overall store performance Requirements Previous restaurant management experience required Must reside within 15 minutes of the store location Must have reliable transportation Must be highly motivated and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment Must be able to effectively lead and manage busy rush periods Must be willing and able to work extended hours as needed to meet business demands Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable, dependable, and results-driven What We Offer Competitive Salary Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Growth and Advancement Opportunities Supportive and Team-Oriented Work Environment If you are a motivated leader with restaurant management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
