Job Description

Overview Imperial Chef is seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead operations at our upscale Chinese restaurant and bar. This role oversees staffing, service, and bar operations to deliver a refined, consistent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and schedule restaurant and bar staff, including bartenders Set up and manage the bar, including drink preparation and presentation standards Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service Oversee daily floor operations, inventory, and opening/closing procedures Train and support staff to maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management (fine dining or upscale experience preferred; Chinese cuisine background a plus) Proven experience hiring, scheduling, and leading staff, including bartenders Strong communication and customer service skills Working knowledge of bar setup and drink service Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma required; hospitality management education a plus
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
