Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and supervision to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Supervise shift management duties including scheduling, staff deployment, and maintaining productivity levels Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining food safety standards Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and facilitate ongoing training & development initiatives Monitor budget adherence and assist with cost control measures to maximize profitability Uphold hospitality standards by delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly Experience Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, staff training, and development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction handling Knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and budgeting processes in a hospitality setting Previous experience with fine dining or banquet services is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and foster a positive team environment This role is perfect for someone passionate about the food industry who thrives on leading teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
