Job Description

Slick City is a fun-filled, family-friendly action park featuring indoor slides, birthday parties, and high-energy experiences for guests of all ages. We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at Slick City Humble . This is a key leadership role working closely with the General Manager and positioned for growth within the organization. Our Ideal Candidate You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You enjoy coaching and developing team members, maintaining high operational standards, and creating a positive, energetic workplace culture. You are confident handling guest escalations, lead by example, and take ownership of results. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding guest service and uphold Slick City brand standards Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-energy culture throughout the park Support sales performance, productivity, and growth goals Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing the facility Monitor facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory Ensure a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation standards Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Handle guest escalations professionally and efficiently Maintain strong employee relations, including coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions as needed Work collaboratively with the General Manager and leadership team Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications High School Diploma (required) 1+ year of management or supervisory experience (required) Hospitality, entertainment, or retail experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Guest-focused mindset with soft sales experience Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members of all ages Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Must be available to work weekends (required) Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and holidays Reliable transportation to and from work
Compensation & Perks Salary:
