This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence. We are especially interested in experienced Full Service Restaurant Managers looking for a career change, more stable hours, and an opportunity to step away from late nights while continuing to grow their leadership career. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure smooth day-to-day performance Manage and supervise office, maintenance, housekeeping, and support staff Maintain high standards of customer service and resident satisfaction Monitor occupancy, collections, and overall property performance Coordinate property maintenance and ensure issues are resolved promptly Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Handle resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development Maintain accurate reports, records, and operational documentation Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or multi-unit operations preferred Basic computer and administrative skills Ability to multitask and work independently Compensation & Benefits Starting salary from $100,000 annually Full-time stable employment Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Better work-life balance with no late-night restaurant hours If you are a motivated leader looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we encourage you to apply.
