Then you need to quickly act on this once in a life time opportunity to lead and develop a team for Chicken Salad Chick Summary of Position Lead, coordinate, and implement the planning, organization, training, and leadership necessary to achieve goals in sales, cost control, employee hiring/training/retention, guest service/satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness/sanitation. Ensure compliance with all operating standards for a CSC location. Duties & Responsibilities Bring at least three years of proven restaurant General Manager experience to the table Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick Embrace and comply with all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs Create a welcoming environment and deliver responsive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests Ensure consistent preparation and service of products according to CSC standards Achieve goals for sales, service, quality, facility appearance, and cleanliness through employee training and fostering a positive work environment Maintain adherence to cash handling and reconciliation procedures Make employment and termination decisions in line with company guidelines Fill in operationally as needed to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations Continuously develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional growth Complete all required paperwork, forms, and reports in an organized and timely manner Keep equipment clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and preventative maintenance programs ▪ Ensure correct product count and condition upon delivery, following receiving policies and procedures Oversee timely completion of employee performance appraisals Optimize labor performance by scheduling based on business trends while delivering an exceptional experience to each guest Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for violations of company policies, rules, and procedures Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations at the federal, state, county, and municipal levels Develop, plan, and implement restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns in alignment with Brand Standards Always maintain Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming If this opportunity aligns with your career aspirations, we offer competitive compensation based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits and bonus program. Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to function independently and intuitively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate challenging situations and provide appropriate guidance. Effective interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage confidential information and maintain its integrity.
Requirements:
Training may take place out of Town and/or State. Must have a valid Food Manager's Certification and have Knowledge of local health and safety standards. Must be able to pass a background screener based on the company's matrix. Must complete all competencies at the Shift Leader and Team Member levels. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong understanding of administrative processes, including financial management. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation. Previous experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to assess and provide input on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time. Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25-50 pounds). Ability to travel to other restaurants, area office, training center, etc., as needed.
