In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline processes, and drive profitability while creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced culinary setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards. Lead and manage staff through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous standards for food handling and sanitation. Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and handle customer concerns promptly to ensure seamless service. Support kitchen management by supervising food production processes, quality control, and culinary standards. Assist in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing strategies to meet financial goals. Promote a positive hospitality environment by fostering teamwork, leadership development, and staff training initiatives. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and interviewing skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations. Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within the food industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
