We're looking for a High‑Energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, drive sales results, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Assistant General Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of store operations — supporting your General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Your key responsibilities include:

Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away Requirements (What You Bring) Valid driver's license At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.) Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages) Clear communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc. Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service mindset Dependable, detail‑oriented, and professional Proven leadership & team development skills Dedicated to safety Growth‑oriented with a willingness to train and learn Strong multitasking ability in a busy, fast‑moving environment Benefits & Perks (We Take Care of Our Team!)
