Restaurant Manager - Subway (Great Pay!!)

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Subway restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and schedule team members Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and labor costs Ensure compliance with Subway operational standards and local health regulations Manage store opening and closing procedures Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees as needed Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus) Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant or retail management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic math and computer skills Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
