L imegreen Southeast Asian Grill is looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant General Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and create a welcoming experience for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great food and service, and can bring out the best in a team.

Leander (145 S Brook Dr Ste 120) What You'll Do

• Support the Owner/General Manager in running smooth, efficient shifts
• Lead, coach, and motivate front
• and back-of-house team members
• Deliver friendly, attentive guest service and resolve concerns with care
• Help manage scheduling, staffing, training, and shift coverage
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure the restaurant follows all health, safety, and company procedures
• Step in wherever needed to keep service moving What We're Looking For
• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A calm, positive approach during busy service periods
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and Southeast Asian-inspired food
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move throughout a shift and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds What We Offer
