MANAGER & ASSISTANT GENERAL
MANAGERJoin Rabbit Hospitality Rabbit Hospitality is a growing hospitality group with multiple restaurant and bar locations, and we're continuing to expand. We're looking for experienced, motivated hospitality leaders to join our team as General Manager and Assistant General Manager . We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to lead a team while creating an exceptional guest experience.
GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, lead the management team, develop staff, drive sales, and ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and managers Build a strong, positive, and accountable team culture Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally Monitor sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance Create and maintain operational standards and procedures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Work closely with ownership and leadership to achieve company goals Help drive local marketing, events, promotions, and community involvement Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment Lead by example and remain actively involved on the floor General Manager Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred Proven experience leading and developing a team Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service, and hospitality Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost control Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional, positive, and energetic leadership style Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable Strong understanding of sales and guest experience Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays TABC and Food Handler certification preferred or required within applicable timelines
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, support the management team, develop staff, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily restaurant operations and management Lead shifts and ensure smooth service Train, coach, and motivate team members Support scheduling, labor management, and staffing needs Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control Maintain company standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality Handle guest concerns and provide excellent customer service Help create a positive and accountable team environment Support restaurant events, promotions, and local marketing efforts Step into the General Manager role when needed Lead by example and be an active presence on the restaurant floor Assistant General Manager Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Previous experience supervising or leading a team Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Dependable and willing to take ownership Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed TABC and Food Handler certification preferred or required within applicable timelines

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
