We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who thrives in a high-energy hospitality environment and knows how to lead a team while delivering great food and exceptional guest experience. Our venue combines golf, restaurant dining, and entertainment , creating a unique atmosphere where guests come to eat, play, celebrate, and have fun. We need a kitchen leader who can keep operations running smoothly. The Role As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, lead and develop the culinary team, maintain food quality and consistency, and help control labor, food costs, and inventory. You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the standard for professionalism, cleanliness, teamwork, and hospitality. Responsibilities Lead, train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff. Manage daily kitchen operations from prep through service and closing. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, portioning, and ticket times. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Create and manage kitchen schedules based on business needs. Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation. Control food costs, waste, portions, and kitchen labor. Maintain proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Work closely with front-of-house management to provide seamless guest experience. Prepare the kitchen for high-volume periods, parties, special events, and entertainment nights. Help maintain recipes, prep lists, production standards, and kitchen procedures. Identify operational issues and resolve them quickly and professionally. Hold team members accountable while creating a positive and respectful work environment. Jump in and work the line when needed—leading by example is essential. Qualifications Previous kitchen management or kitchen leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food safety. Experience managing kitchen staff, schedules, inventory, and food costs. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and on your feet for long periods of time. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Food safety certification preferred. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to hospitality.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
