Willing to grow with a small business.
Responsibilities Before Service:
ensure food is prepped and ready for service, manage team, and properly stock assigned zone for service.
During service:
complete made-to-order/ short order items
After Service:
manage a team to ensure food is stored properly, clean assigned zone, and work the with cashier to close the register.
Other responsibilities:
ensure supplies are ordered, inventoried, and stored properly, complete prepping and help prepare catering orders.
