ABSOLUTE
" service Set clear expectations, follow up regularly with staff Take direction, feedback from Senior Management Conduct interviews, assist with hiring new staff Create weekly schedules for team Open, close restaurant independently (key holder responsibilities) Reconcile cash deposits accurately Place orders, perform inventory counts Address guest concerns, ensure satisfaction What We are Looking For Minimum 1 year experience leading a team Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic attitude Passion for food, hospitality Food Handler Certified (or willing to certify) Availability for mixed shifts: evenings, weekends, holidays Ability to stay composed in fast‑paced environment Strong organizational, multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable standing long periods, working in hot kitchen environment
